Rent Grace:
Any senior citizen receiving Social Security Pension, Railroad
Retirement Pension, or any other governmental pension in lieu of
Social Security must be given a five-day grace period for payment
when the rent is due on the first of the month. For a copy of the

prescribed legend drugs, insulin, insulin supplies, and diabetic
testing materials to eligible New Jersey residents at a co-payment
of $5 per prescription. To qualify for PAAD in 2005, New Jersey
residents must be 65 years of age or older, or at least 18 years of
age and receiving Social Security Title II Disability benefits, and

The SENIOR GOLD Prescription Discount Program:
Provides
prescribed legend drugs, insulin, insulin supplies, and diabetic
testing materials to eligible New Jersey residents for a co-payment
of $15 plus 50% of the remaining cost of each covered prescription.
Once Senior Gold members reach annual out-of-pocket expenses
exceeding $2,000 for single persons or $3,000 for married persons,
they pay only a flat $15 co-payment per prescription for the
remainder of that eligibility period. To qualify for Senior Gold in
2005, New Jersey residents must be 65 years of age or older, or at
least 18 years of age and receiving Social Security Title II
Disability benefits, and have an annual income between $20,989 and
$30,989 if single or between $25,735 and $35,735 if married.
